View Full Version : A sign in change has occured.

Everytime I try to connect it says a sign in change has occured, when such a thing has not. Yet when another profile on my Xbox tries to connect, it works for them.

Dunno what's up with that.

This was happening to me everytime. I finally broke down and deleted/recovered my gamertag and it hasn't happened since.

Try recovering your profile:
Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
Select Storage or Memory.
Highlight the storage device containing your profile, and press A on your controller to view the storage.
Press Profiles under your Memory Unit.
Press delete on your Profile under the Profiles category under your Memory Unit.
When prompted to delete profile and items or profile only, press profile only.
Press the Guide button on your controller, scroll to Recover Account and press it.
Recover your account as you would normally do.
Try clearing your system cache:
Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
Select Storage or Memory.
Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
Select Clear System Cache.
When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
Try to force your system to sync your time and date:
Logout of Xbox Live
Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
Select Console Settings.
Select Clock.
Change the clock settings.
Set the year to 2012
Now connect back to Xbox live and your clock will be synced
