Where are the Scrapper Forge hiding out?

I see them pretty often in San Fran if you have access. Haven't come across many on the main land (if any) in recent memory.

i was roaming San Fran for a hour or so didn't see one at all just the Volge, hellbugs,Dark Matter... :(

I'd killed most of them in major scrapper arkfalls. You can kill roughly 5 every arkfall.
