sense a cross platform game meaning it was made for the lowest operating system it will run the same now it may "look" different possibly better on some ones TV or computer but the core of the game is fundamentally the same so really cant answer that question one way or another

Based on the beta, PS3 would be better, but I'm sure most of that will be ironed out. Go with the one where you have friends playing. If you don't have any friends playing, personally I'd go with PS3 because paying to play online isn't something I can comprehend.

That's only because Bethesda (which happen to be my favorite developer) are clueless idiots who don't know how to code DLC for PS3. Not to mention they were too busy riding Micro$oft's money 8==D

Had to chime in. ;)

But to answer the OP's question, it's all about personal preference IMO.

I don't blame them. Look at all the other third party games. 90% of them play better on Xbox. Not because it's better, but because Sony made it harder to develop for. And Bethesda's DLC are almost always really huge and complex.

No idea. But remember with Xbox 360 you need Live Gold, with PS3 you don't have to pay anything extra.

But I'm playing the PC version. Now if the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 versions could play on the same server, one day I'd grab the Xbox 360 version also.

If by "play better" you mean they have a slight visual advantage that requires a side by side pixel counting comparison to see, then you're right. 98% of the 90% you mention are like that. Bethesda are notoriously bad at coding, even for the PC which has always been their bread and butter.

I never noticed any visual differences. There is sometimes just weird glitches/bugs that plague the PS3 version of games that were never present on the Xbox360 version.

There are websites that have made a living doing those comparisons. They nearly always end up being so close to identical that it makes no difference.

Well, it's happened. And it seems to be pretty consistent for the most part.
