anyone else not recieve there DDE items yet, i ordered through steam and i don't have any of those rewards yet.

I didn't order through Steam, but I have ordered things through Steam in the past, and often if you right click Defiance in your game list and go to CD-KEY it may have a key in there that you need to put into your Trion account to unlock the items.

You have to claim them from the store. Hit Esc and the then hold down the spacebar. Select the store and then look on the left bar for items that need to be claimed.

I also received all of my bonuses except for the Digital Deluxe items. My friend who also ordered the Digital Deluxe from Steam did receive his Digital Deluxe bonuses.

I thought I was the only one having that problem. I received my normal Pre-order and Arkcode items but not my Digital Deluxe items like the cannon and ark infiltrator outfit or badlands drifter title.... Hope it is resolved soon.

I've seen the truck so some folks are getting them though..

None of my three accounts show them (and yes all three of them have been entered properly on the Trion site).

I guess I should just be happy we get to play early : )

I have my digital deluxe items, however the title "Badlands Drifter" (which is part of the digital deluxe package) is missing.

Also, that Outlander outfit is not red as shown in the advertisements.

The unique vehicle color appears to be an ATEX quad (the kind you get for a mission reward right at the start of the game), but with a purple camo color. I'm assuming the purple camo is the "unique vehicle color". :/

$99 For a DDE version which is basically standard without any of the bonus items is a complete ripoff, I'm sure Trion will rectify the problem ASAP. Lets just wait the 24 hours.

My ego seems bugged still, no VBI operator title.

EXACT same issue. Was able to claim all other items EXCEPT digital deluxe, so no ark infilitrator outfit, etc

I only got the general pre-order items..ie. charger and pistol. I ordered Digital Deluxe..and was supposed to get arkfall gear and a different color charger.. I will submit a ticket..maybe they aren't going to make them avaliable until midnight..or something.

Same situation. Pre-ordered on GMG, no pre-order items (doesn't look like GMG has released the key yet...) and while my account is flagged for digital deluxe, only managed to get my Ego items thus far. I would think they just don't become active until the official launch date, but I keep hearing mixed things about people who do have the items already (I'm wondering if that's just people confusing them with the My Ego items though, because that seems to be happening often...)

Edit: Update, just logged in again after logging out for a bit, 11:32PM EST, deluxe items were there and bonuses are active. Now I just need to get my pre-order stuff sorted out with GMG /=

Did you guys enter both codes from your pre-order vendor? One is for the game and the other is for the pre-order items. They are both rather long with dashes.

The Charger is red. Only the red version of the Charger is modified to be (currently) the fastest vehicle in the game.

The "unique vehicle color" you're referring to is a "purple-camo ATEX Growler" (it's just like the quad you receive on the first story mission outside the tutorial). The really should have done a better job explaining that in advance.

you got them when you claim the lock boxes they auto open into your inventory as weapons.mods

So I read all the post in this thread and I to have the same issue most of everyone on here does.

I order my Deluxe Edition copy from Trion website. I received all my items but no DDE items. I had two friends that ordered it the same way and they received all their items.

Things I've tried so far.

Deleted toon and created a new one.
Logged out 10+ plus.


Also I know a lot of people say maybe you didn't claim your items from the store. But YES I did I got all the pre-order items just no DDE items.


I submitted a ticket last night and with all the people having the same problem I'm sure this should be resolved soon. I would hope since we paid 100 dollars for the copy of the game.

I've heard some say restarting STEAM has resolved their extra items not showing up. Worth a shot if you've already put in the keys on your TRION account under "Apply Code".

Logged into my Trion account and under the Defiance Digital Deluxe, it has "Coming Soon". I know how much Trion likes to use the word "Soon" for a time frame with their stuff but "Soon" better be really soon. They didn't agree to take the payment for the game "soon" but instead took it "now".

That wording is just there because they haven't updated it yet...you can play now. Give it a shot, I just logged out a few minutes ago after about an hour of playing.

I pre-ordered thru Trion the Digital Deluxe. I received the pre-order rewards but NONE of the things that are given because I purchased the DD.

I did go to the store and claim all of the items that were in the store. NONE of the Digital Deluxe rewards were in my store. Not exactly sure how thats my fault..:rolleyes:

and it does show in my Trion account that I purchased the Digital Deluxe..and I have a receipt that I paid $99 for the DD.

I am waiting in the voice chat support que which is taking awhile..

No Thanks. There is still some users who haven't got ANY of the DDE items. Good for you if you have them, but please don't make this OUR fault. It's Trion's fault.

Actually, if you purchased anything beyond the standard edition, your "Badlands Drifter" title is missing. Is that your fault or can we call it Trion's fault now? :)

Takes some time for stuff the be in claim, if you're only recently applying a key. It did take my VBI operative a while, but my Steam tier key items took about 7 hours to be in claim items.

I don't know how keys are sent out or people provide wrong e-mails or whatever or how it gets screwed up.

I bought my Pre-order from Steam on March 25th. Both my CD Keys were there in my list the next day. My 3rd Key for the tier 3 items was there on Monday. Sometimes you need to restart Steam for the keys to show up. I have never had a bad experience with any retailer providing me my CD keys over the many years I have been playing online games. I bought RIFT through Trion, got my keys just fine.

Something weird also, on my manage games tab under Defiance..It shows the DD client, but under it , it says coming soon.. On my other Trion account that I pre-ordered several days after the my first account..It shows DD client..(no coming soon).

I do not have my Badlands Drifter title either, as well as the unique colored Dodge Charger, Ark hunter outfit, rocket launcher, +30 day xp and script boost, and VBI Shield.

I have been waiting in support que for almost 2 hours..

You need to be far enough into the game to activate the Defiance Store to receive your goodies. Once you are in the store on the bottom of the left side panel is a CLAIM button that shows a number of rewards being held. Click the claim button and start taking all your inventory bonuses first (highly recommended) then start taking the gear. As a side note each character gets all the same goodies as far as I've seen it is not a shared lot between your characters.

Yep, its not a matter of not knowing where to claim the items.
Its also NOT an code issue.

When you are ingame make sure to go to the "Defiance Store". Down in the left corner there's "Claim Items". I hope it helps, but u guys might already know it.

Yeah, looks like their live chat imploded. 500 error here. You might be able to send in something, but theres likely an enormous backlog and not enough people to work on it.

Why is everyone treating this as it is the end of the world, we will get our items in due time, after all, each of us is playing the game, while behind that the defiance team from trion is working on solving our item problems during the whole launch, i mean, a launch is a pretty big thing, so be patient, i don't consider this as being a top priority on the defiance team list.

I have been able to claim all pre-order items.
Of the Deluxe Edition items, I have only been able to claim the Dodge Challenger RT car (NO color option).

No Ark Infiltrator outfit.
No "Hydra" rocket launcher.
No rare sentinel shield.
No +5 inventory slots.
No 30-day XP/script boosts.
No in-game Badlands Drifter title

Game is still fun...but still want these items since I paid for them...patiently waiting.

The agent tried several times the first time I was able to get through but the server went down for that stability update...ended up waiting another 4-5 hours now and still in queue...of course, it's past their work hours so we'll see what happens.

I'd be insanely pissed by this point, but at least I can play unlike some of the others, so there's that at least...

Youre lucky. I did the same both in game and in live chat - had a GM tell me I'm now flagged to get my Deluxe items.

I also see that the issue with people's deluxe items/pre-order items did not appear on the patch notes for the recent downtime. I hope this is resolved soon. At least they doing something with the arkfalls and ammo.

Anyone missing stuff is their fault, not Trion's.

Granted, it was handled and communicated poorly, but I logged in last night and was able to claim every pre-order bonus.

There's only 2 steps you need to do. 1, make sure any CD Keys you get are entered into Trion's website when you log in. If they are not, you won't see anything to claim. Once you do, 2.. log into the game and they will be able to be claimed from the Defiance store, claim button is lower left side.

does it feel good talk **** ?

1- You do NOT get the items until you leave the tutorial area.
2- you must go to the ingame store and use the claim items button at the bottom.
3- you MAY have to manually add the codes from Steam to your TRION WORLDS account directly.

Instead of running the install through steam, I clicked on the little link they have there for the GAME KEYS, all of my keys were there which I then opened up my TRION account (since I have rift) and added all the codes there including my code for the rift expansion. Once I got out of the tutorial, the store opened up and everything was there.

If you HAVE added the codes manually to your trion account, then you'll probably need to speak with support.

Yes it was today i click on live chat about 5 min after they opened, if nothing is happening when you click on live chat, i would suggest clearing browsing history or try an other browser (i had to do that my self, chrome was not working for me )

That's surprising, I had issues with Rift back in the day and they handled the problem over live chat in a few minutes...and I think it was regarding CE / promo items.

They're probably well aware of the issue, completely swamped with complaints, are working on it and everyone will get the items they paid for I'd guess by the end of the week. I can imagine the frustration (i'd be pissed myself), but it also appears there are no mods here, and you don't want devs here as that'll mean they aren't working the issue.

Look at the bright side, at least it's not a SimCity launch, at least we can play the opening day.

It's also a multiplatform game, so if there are collectors ed console games, they may have the same problems too.

2. I have already contacted Trion support.
3. I came here to post about my items being missing and that I ordered through Trion to see if other people had the same issue or if it was just me.

I was also in this boat. Got the Dodge and the arkfall code items, but not the Digitial Deluxe.

I went to Trion's live chat support, waited in queue for almost 2 hours, gave them my email, and they fixed it right up (except for the Badlands Drifter title, which they said they were having problems with).

Most importantly, I got my 30-days of scrip and XP bonus, which is the main reason I bought Deluxe.

I was also in the same position, but after I managed to get the live chat working on at least one browser it was half sorted. What worries me is that while I got the items on my highest ego level character on a second character there was no sign of them yet again. I'm really hoping its just a time factor thing where in a few hours they'll turn up. otherwise I'm starting to think I'll have seriously wasted my money on the extras that were missing for the time when they would have been of most use and fun.

Bought through Trion, got the Challenger that sounds like a toyota stuck in 2nd gear, and the code hunter items, but no deluxe edition items so paid $100 for nothing no items at all from that.
Dont think i'll be buying any dlc if this is how they work, and request a refund of the extra $50.

After a little research into the issue I have found that the Badlands Drifter title has been moved to the Collector's Edition and is not currently, or going to be in the future, available for Digital Deluxe editions.
So, unless their support representatives somewhat misinformed, i definitely won't buying any other deluxe editions from Trion.

I preordered at gamazavr.ru and i get only some items (not all). Later i checked for seasonpass code (was released with game) and i found also preorder code. So i had 2 separate codes for DDE, one code for DDE itself and other for preorder bonusses.

Well they can't just remove items from the DDE like that either way. If they advertise something, they're actually forced by law to supply it, unless they previously stated before the pre-orders were possible that they removed the said items from the DDE and put them in the CE. Even so, the advertising should've been removed.

I'm not gonna go too deep into this with anyone, but, there are certain laws concerning advertising an item and then not supplying it after the customers have bought and paid for it, even for digital products, regardless of where they're sold from. :)

I don't care that much to be honest but it's the principal of the matter.

WE KNOW THIS WE JUST WANT OUR DELUXE ITEMS!!!!

People have paid extra to have these items and xp-boosts surely they must know its a common problem by now and should of fixed it.

I did not receive my DDE items at launch either. I used the web interface on Trion's website to send a request in and had them the next day. For others having issues here's my exact wording in case it helps:

This went to Defiance - Account Billing/Support

I ordered the DDE of Defiance off the Trion website, but I have yet to receive any DDE items. I did receive the Pre-Order items, however.

I have updated your account so you should have all the digital deluxe items. You will need to visit the Defiance Store and click on claim items to receive the reset of your items.

Was really pretty simple. My guess is the difference being that I said I had received some items (meaning I knew where to look and he could skip the 'have you tried turning it on and off again' answers).

LOL ill try connect to the support chat again and have another ago, last time i waited for an hour then kept connecting and disconnecting so struggled to get my point across untill i gave up and just left. Good to know some people are having some luck.

Heh, that's why I did the web form. I wasn't really enjoying the issues with live chat either. :) Good Luck!

I have the same issue, received all the pre-order bonuses even the EGO rating unlocks but not the Digital Deluxe items...

Submitted a ticket, let's wait and see I guess...

My ticket for missing Digital Deluxe items sat for four days.
So yesterday I got in line on Live Chat, and the staff member got me set up as best he could.
The only thing that didn't come through after attaching the items to my account was the lock box and title.
Better than nothing when all is said and done.

Received an answer to my ticket and the missing DDE items in less than 6 hours.

Took me a few emails & about a week but I have received everything except the boosts from the DDE & the 'thank you' boosts that were just sent. Not a big deal, so whatever. I shall now cease complaining.
