Watch out for crates while you swimming and jumping

I was on my way to a daily swimming in the water and I jumped in the water right near a crate in the water and got stuck under the crate. I can see the crate on top of me with parts of the sea and blackness along with the pillars from the dock.

Watch out while swimming and jumping as you may get stuck under a object like I just did.

Happens on pretty much all of the dock locations where you can somehow get stuck underneath.
