View Full Version : Good experience with Trion's customer service

I just wanted to report some positive feedback. I've had to contact Trion several times in the last two days over a few issues and I have been very pleased with their customer service. I was (and still am) frustrated with the time outs and glitches over the past week, but feel that I was heard and my problems were handled with minimal additional difficulty for me. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Yeah, live chat for sure. If I had a general ticket to submit that was just a 'one more for the records', I'll submit it. However if I need immediate help, I use the live chat.

I agree, I have had very good service from live support even on some major bone head mistakes made by me.
