My friends and I have been banned for 10 days without any email explain why we were banned.

I sent email to appeals@trionworlds.com, but did not recive any reply until it expired.

I also contacted Live chat for help, but the only answer I got is " Send email to appeals@trionworlds.com"

We are Chinese player and all use @qq.com mail, but we are not game farmer or others who breaks the rules of the game.

We only play Defiance and have purchased in game.

The only thing we want is just unbanned our account and continue play the game.

Please, hlep us.

(Yesterday, I purchased $5 in this account in order to get access to live chat for help. I living in Australia. When I get contact with live chat, there were 4:30 am in Australia, almost morning. However, they still told me to send email to appeals@trionworlds.com):(
