Hey, guys. Here's a chance to post screenies of your favorite weapon(s)! Post an inventory shot and an in-game, in action screenie of your beast at work!

I used the site http://www.postimage.org for the screenie hosting.

Here's one of my favorites. A purple Grenadier Rebound Lobber. I didn't get a shot of it working on a mob of higher hp enemies to show it's full damage capabilities. But, I've seen it do over 100k damage each to multiple elite enemies with a damage spike, overcharge and all the ego perks kicking in. But, these screenies do it some justice.

Oh..and in the comparison column is my new Plate Slicer BMG...or should I call it my "place in top 5 every time weapon"?

I would do this but then all of the weapons would get nerfed.

Sorry to tell you this, but that picture of it in action is flawed. apparently you do not realize that enemy scaling is currently broken, so they actually disabled it, yet left player scaling active.

Hi Everyone

A large portion of the current Aftermath stability issues trace back to one system: Enemy Power Rating. The 4.102 patch has a temporary fix in place for this. Here are the details:

Power Rating

What: There is bug in the code that modifies the enemy power rating that can cause a server crash.
Why: Enemies and players follow a similar level curve which dictates their in game power (HP, etc). However players have the luxury of increased perks and gear; enemies don't. So an additional modification is applied to enemies to keep them challenging. There is a bug in this code that causes a crash. It has been around, albeit infrequently, for quite awhile. With the release of Aftermath, it is happening much more frequently.
Temporary Solution: We have decided to remove this power rating adjustment from enemies to avoid players getting disconnected.
What this means to you: All enemies in the game will become much easier as you level up and at higher threat levels. Don't worry, this change is temporary; they will be back with a vengeance soon. In the meantime, rampage.

Thanks for your patience while we work to resolve these problems!

Also score has nothing to do with damage really. That bmg gets you lots of healing and teamwork points. So even though you are being a hinderance to the actual killing force, you are being rewarded by a flawed scoring system. However even players who understand the scoring mechanincs purposely use bmgs, so enjoy.

A decent PvE example..missed the shot where I got 105k damage on a bulwark. :)

But, In PvP..there may be a bug...I hate to even mention it...but, it seems a bit unfair when I can one hit nearly everyone because of it. So, here it is...

the explosive ego perks and the grenadier, grenade boosts and well everything do not abide by the time duration limit. Once I get my first kill...my L0bbster(that's what I named it. ;P) becomes fully perked and bonused for each kill after that...no matter the time in between.

Your ego is being boosted by over 1k ego points so your damage numbers are way off. There is no way you would one shot me with your 17k damage auto lobber. I'm not 100% on this but grenadier only affects thrown grenades not detonator bombs. If your 17k damage auto lobber is hitting for 69.5k then my 42k damage boomer would be hitting for almost 172k damage. I can tell you this is not the case especially in pvp.

Scaling is giving you a false sense of damage.

All grenade perks, bonuses apply to detonators. You can see the bonuses on the screenie. That's why a Grenadier lobber rocks. And really it is one of the few weapons where multiple ego perks directly apply, also. And other weapons always seem to get the +15% greande damage bonus...but, it useless on everything but a lobber.
I know the scaling is f0rked atm...it still rocks. Can't wait to OJ it when I max my ego out!

When you hit 5500+ EGO you'll want a Top Notch Boomer.

The Grenadier procs you are seeing are because you killed something not because the damage was increased.
