thanks for the effort but that is a negative on both. when you first boot up the game & you see the destroyed bridge & says press start. it's BEFORE the patch screen.

A couple of days ago was thinking just about this. I love the title song!

Usually, when i want a game soundtrack which has no available files what i do is use a loop cable to connect the line out plug with the line in plug, then start recording from the line-in and launch the game, let the music play, when it reach the loop just stop recording, delete the silence at begining and save. I use Adobe Audition for sound editing, but even the windows sound recorder is good enough.

Using the line-out looped to the line-in let's you keep the speaker plug available, so you can actually listen to what's playing. Obviously a full duplex sound card is needed, but i think like 99% of nowadays sound cards are full duplex.

The soundtrack came with the ultimate edition of the game. I haven't listened to mine yet but it would be silly if it wasn't on there. Anyway, I frequently rip CD's and upload them to my Sendspace account for friends to download. I suppose I could do this for the defiance soundtrack..

I have ultimate as well and mine is still sealed in the cellophane

BTW, I googled "defiance game soundtrack" and it appears to be for sale on amazon. You can by the entire soundtrack for 9$ or an individual song for $1. If one of the tracks is the song your looking for then $1 isn't too bad.

Yarrrr.

Ye be best be treadin' lightly 'cause that be piracy, matey! If ye do that, ye might be walkin' the plank to Davey Jones' locker. Those RIAA seadogs offer no quarter. How do you think I lost me eye? I'll tells you how... gettin' caught torrentin' the new Taylor Swift album that's how.

Ya-harrr.... ;)
