View Full Version : Defiant Few II Pursuit and ticket submission via xbox 360

The question that I have about this pursuit is why do I not have credit for reliable status with this faction while I'm trusted with them and is there going to be a fix for this?

Another question I have is that are we going to see a fix for the fact that we can't submit tickets via the in game menu as the options to do so are nonexistent since the free to play launch despite account being linked to Trion web site?

There have been atleast 3 threads on the support optiuons being broke for those ingame, but Customer support is playing dumb.

There have been atleast 3 threads on the support optiuons being broke for those ingame, but Customer support is playing dumb.

I have submitted tickets regarding both as I just got back on two days ago but happened to notice my defiant few II pursuit reliable status wasn't checked and then went to put in a ticket and that option wasn't there so went to support site and submitted a ticket for both just a couple minutes ago but it will probably be a while before they doing anything about the issues given their record for customer support.

Sorry, meant to respond to those threads earlier and got doing other stuff.

Re: The ticket portion - we switched to the web portal for customer service tickets with Aftermath. Are you not seeing that when you go to the support page? It should provide a link to the web page to fill out the ticket.

This was on PTS for quite some time (its essentially the same for all platforms) and worked fine there.

Ok I've seen that when going to that screen but didn't know about it on the PTS sorry about the fuss.

Yes I am now , but that that only appeared after the patch on December 5. Before that the message was "Account not linked please link account." Also it does still say to link account at the bottom.

I guess I could understand the change. But why remove the bug report system as well? It is always best to report bugs when the situation is fresh in one's mind and not everyone can easily access the website while in game, getting you the bug info you need. Also the bug report was the only way to report a player in game so that is another reason to not remove it, since it is easier to report the player while we are still looking at their oddly spelled name.

Btw it works fine on PTS, because that is on PC. So you can open the internet in another window while still playing the game. You can not do that on a console. So it makes support for console inferior. Since we have to leave the game to submit a ticket, and then if you immediately respond asking for more info, we have to log off the internet, log back into the game, try to do the bug again. then log out of the game, log back into the internet program, and then send you that info.

that go to know but what about the issue with submitting support tickets via the in game menu I can't take a photo but can somewhat show it.

Also account is linked to Trion Worlds account.

See right above you. Phantasie responded after Locarb. Apparantly they removed support options from in-game on purpose, for some reason.

It works for me, however if you look (once the page loads), it is actually "https" not "http" like listed on the support desk screen, and some net browsers don't automatically add the "s" for you so try it with the "s" like in my link and see if that helps:

This happens when I press the ''Log in'' button. Browser added the s automaticly.

And people were complaining about this error in the past and a GM had to fix this issus for them.

This needs to be clearly communicated to all of the folks answering questions for Trion on these forums. Repeatedly, Trion people have been posting (such as on the Bugs and Issues forums) to submit tickets in-game on consoles and seem completely ignorant of the fact that this is no longer an option.

Agreed, it should also be made a sticky in the xbox 360 bug report forum.

I still get this error message when I try to log into support website.
Hey there, I just wanted to touch base and make sure this error was resolved already.
If you're still getting the 405 error try clearing your cache and cookies, but if it persists please let us know! We definitely want to get this taken care of.

Thank you, this issue is now resolved, I don't get the error anymore. I also openned the ticket on Saturday under reference number #141213-000819, which can now be closed.
