Members of the Defiance community,

I wish to offer a commendation for Trion live chat customer service.

This past weekend, I got crossed up on the "Sell" buttons and ended up doing a mass selloff in the wake of some pretty good expedition runs. After piddling along for a couple of days with whatever gear was in my loadouts, I was able to get on live chat with GM Yakama yesterday morning.

Within a few hours, my gear was restored, and for the loss of only 10 EGO points. (I'll get those back at the next expedition run.) With this in mind, I wish to offer a commendation for GM Yakama for that individual's work in getting my gear restored. Thank you!
