Just would like the specifics on this, please add to this.


The base stats of a white EGO 10 item is identical to an orange EGO 500 item.
Shields and Grenades base stats scale up with EGO and Rarity.
Variety in item types are greater as EGO increases.
Weapons come with more mod slots at higher EGO.
Higher tier/rarity mods are available at greater EGO.
Experience to unlock bonus stat increases with EGO and Rarity

White - May come with mod slots
Green - Always comes with one bonus stat, may have element and mod slots
Blue - Always comes with one bonus stat and mod slots, may have element for both melee/ranged
Purple - Always comes with two bonus stats, Synergy and mod slots, may have element for both melee/ranged
Orange - Always comes with three bonus stats, Synergy and mod slots, may have element for both melee/ranged

What's the major difference between green and blue items? They don't seem to come with more mod slots unlocked... only thing I noticed is melee elemental damage.

Maybe blue items can have better unlocked bonus stats since it takes more exp to unlock?
