I pulled a 7th Legend crate (215 rep) but got no weapon, just the 3 mods. Submitted a ticket and all support did was thank me for the information and closed it as "Solved"....but but but what about my missing weapon??? lmao

You mean like when they gave me instructions on some changes they wanted me to make in Windows and run ping tests and attach results...umm Im on an xbox 360 console (stated in the support request AND the selecting of the xbox 360 flyout) when submitting the ticket. lol

Maybe it auto-salvaged for you. If anything I think it may have saved you a step.

I have had the same thing with 2 7th legion boxes. I hope this gets fixed.

The same thing happened to me a week or so ago. I didn't even bother with submitting a ticket to support because I figured that I would just get the standard "we're sorry to hear that...blah blah blah...unfortunately we can't help you...blah blah blah...we passed the info on to the dev team".

Actually, whenever we run into issues like this we make sure the agent is coached regarding the mistake in question. Oversights do happen, but we certainly aren't apathetic about them!
