I recently renewed my patron pass on July 18th for 30 days. On July 22, my patron pass expired and I lost all my weapons on exchange. I filled out a ticket and have not heard back from customer service. How long does it take for trion to response to their mistake?? Never I guess. Anyone had similar issue? If so, how long did it take to fix this issue?

i just got an email saying my patron ended. i checked like a week ago and it said i had 75 days left. can someone solve this issue?
