So a couple of folks from my clan have been gifted KarmaKoin Cards.

To my understanding players in the US have an option to buy 400 bits for $5, 1800 for $20, 5200 for $50.
People in the UK have 600 bits for 6, 2800 bits for 24, 8000 bits for 60.

When people in the UK win a clan give-away they are gifted a $20 USD KarmaKoin card,
they then cannot claim there 1800 bits with the KarmaKoin card due to different bit prices,
the only way to use the KarmaKoin card is by purchasing 600 bits twice leaving you with 4 left on the card.

Is there any way you can rectify this so prize winners can claim the 1800 bits with the $20 USD KK Card?

Otherwise players in the US can claim there 1800 bits, where UK players are only getting 1200 which is causing conflict between giveaway winners.

If it's a clan giveaway... wouldn't it be a clan issue?

Whether it be a Clan giveaway, Competition win or just a gift in general its still going to cause animosity over not being able to claim the 1800 bits am I right?

am I right?

No actually you're not. This is a you problem, not a game problem. If you want to do this and it's an issue to your clan, you have 3 options:

1. Find a card value or combination of smaller cards that balances out to give away.
2. Continue as you have been with no change.
3. Quit and go back to your "safe space where everything is fair".

Does such a space exist?
