Is anyone else having issues not getting the items they bought from the bit store? I bought 20 chips pullers, it said purchase complete, but no chip pullers.

Money issues should be cleared up fast. As you say not being able to play or use what you paid for.

Supermarkets are busy everyday but give you refunds asap

Silly question but have you checked claims? Some stuff seems to go in there even though you have plenty of inventory space

Chip pullers don't take up inventory space so i see no reason why they would go to claims.

Loyalty points take up no inventory either, doesn't stop them being sent to claims every time you buy a bit box, you're probably right though, likely won't be in claims but can't hurt to look i guess

Yes I checked claims, just in case, but no. Hopefully sometime this week they'll get around to giving me my pullers.
