Did any tell support that we are some that uses a pc to play this game?

after a 5 day wait to a support ticket, I got a "we are sorry, we cant do anything" standart reply from support asking me to make a bug report.

And told me how to sent one.

To report a bug in-game:

1. Press 'Start'
2. Press and hold (R2 for PS3; LT for Xbox)
2. Use your joystick to select 'Settings'
3. Select 'Submit Feedback'
4. Select a Category (Comment, Bug, Other) and enter text explaining the bug you currently have or feedback you have about Defiance.

It is funny when at same time know that I sent the support ticket from ingame in the pc game.
hmm a bad my "joystick" coud be made here.

Please someone, that works at Trion, call support and informe then you also made a pc version, can we atlest get that? just alittle recognition to us pc player please......

some mission not working, support said they know abot it and was "working" on a fix.
