first off I think I am in love with this game already so by casual I don't mean I wont play often but im not going to dedicate all my playing time to achieving glory for the clan through pvp or something. I want to explore everything the game has to offer. Im not interested in using any teamspeak or mumble. I did it before and there was hardly any benefit because most people weren't using it for any tactical advantage. I might turn it on to listen though. Im not very social but I love playing in groups and being a part of a smaller group so I know how the people I play with react to different situations and I just know what they will do or where they will be. I have 3 kids myself so there may be times I step away unannounced. so if anyone can tolerate that let me know.

Hey Rya,

Drop by Band of Brothers. Sounds like we would be a good fit. We are small casual guild of adults. Lot are former military guys with families and responsibilities so we understand he "having to step away". We use mumble for coms just because it is easier to communicate and just "bs".

Anyways, check us out at:

If you use Steam regularly, we'd love to have you at the 8th Race. We do use ventrilo, but its optional for casual players.

We're just looking for a great group to experience the game with - no specific PvE or PvP goals.

I invite you to check out The Hammerfist Clan. We're an adult, casual clan participating in all aspects of the game. Our recruiting thread is here - http://forums.defiance.com/showthread.php?168-Greetings-from-the-Hammerfist-Clan

Im pretty much the same, though without the kids. I will divide my time between guild wars 2 and defiance (and or course real life, hehe) though, gw2 being my main game with my guild Ruthless (that as far as I know will have no official presence in Defiance). Although I dont mind using voice comms.

Im from sweden, soon 34 years old and work mostly evenings mon-fri so I might be online at some odd times.
