Hah, I can't believe I missed this thread. I followed the OP's advice and did the live chat. Ta da, in a few minutes they advanced the pursuit for my bugged data recorder and Marin is finally completed. Thanks!

I heartily reccomend Live Chat over filing a ticket in game over any issue. They get to you much quicker and you can see exactly where you are in the queue.

+1 even though i didnt have a problem with this recorder... its great to see something like this be resolved quickly
