First off let me say this game is really fun and I am surprised at how balanced and well made it is. Above all the hiccups and rough edges, this game is excellent!

However, I really feel that headshots should do more damage to Mutants, it just doesn't feel as if the head is a vital area. Does anybody else feel this way? I know that the first few weapons are weak but still a headshot should be a headshot. 15-20% DAM increase to the head would seem a tad more realistic in my opinion.

Be sure to check the crit multiplier on the weapon. The amount of damage done by a headshot (crit) varies by weapon

you want better head dmg use the handguns.. they tend to have higher crit amounts..

Don't let the aim-assist people hear you. They'll tell you you're not playing right if you're not using their exploit

Doesn't matter. Headshot damage is still too low.

Headshot damage is not low. Idk where or what you are using but my sniper with a 1.5x crit multiplier is doing 4k. Its normal damage is just over a 1000. I kill everything one shot, except the big mutants.

Agree with Desidus best to use a hand gun if going for headshot damage, Everything else I have used was just not getting the job done. Then again I never did check crit or anything..

Remember that some of the quest stuff can be done with other players and the HP of the mobs will scale according to how many people are participating.

I think he is just expecting COD type game.. one shot to the head is an immediate kill.. This isn't that type of game. The killing is already surprisingly fast paced...
