I want to redo the main missions, but will I lose my ego rating, weapons, perks, or ego power? If I do, I won't do it.

You don't lose anything, other than access to SanFran until you kill the monolith in a cutscene again.

Though you can teleport to a friend/clanmate to get around that minor annoyance.

You can still use the fast travel points as well. It's just the monolith will be back on the bridge to san fran.
It does disable some repeatabel missions like verdant ridge as well, until you've done them again in the mission story line.

When I restarted I still had access to all my fast travel spots, so I was still able to get to San Francisco.

I never tried to cross the bridge though, so I don't know if it brings the monolith back.

The one annoying effect that restarting has that I know of, is that any side missions you have not done yet will not be available till you get to the point in the story where they first appeared.

You don't need to delete your character, you can reset the missions back to the beginning after completion.
