I noticed that ever since I first found Respark shield module, I don't even care to check other ones. It has the fastest time before it starts recharging (2.5 I - 2.125 IV) with a decent 40% recharge rate. I mean, why would you even look at shields with 8 second recharge time for mere 60% more shields? It's a death verdict, since shields go down fast no matter how many of those you have, but those 2 seconds of breath you can sometimes take is a life saver. With such an obvious choice, I think other shields should be rebalanced to be viable picks.

No, how do you know late game / further on / in the official release not beta that is the case? the gaps between the armour amount will increase the further you go through the game i presume, which could mean around 10-20k jumps between armour for that extra regeneration... which would be very useful.
