I'm thinking enemies shouldn't just scale by the amount of players present, but by the amount of time left in an arkfall.

For example, an arkfall would be easiest in the first two minutes, and reach the swarmed state in the last two.

This would add some more depth to the event, as it would also make them seem a little realistic.

better than some I've heard, and probably easier to implement. I just thought it made more sense to me to do it like this.
