About Omellete Eggykins
- Biography
- Crack the eggs and whisk them until the egg white and egg yolk are completely mixed.
Heat the butter in the frying pan on a low-medium heat until melted.
Pour your egg mixture into the pan and allow to cook all the way through until it looks like a yellow pancake. This should take 1-2 minutes.
When the bottom of your omelette has set, gently lift the edge with a spatula and tilt the pan to allow the runny egg on top to travel to the edge of the pan. Keep doing this until there is no runny egg left (but it might still look wet on top).
When all the egg is cooked (and not runny) you should add whatever you're putting into the omelette to one half of the omelette and then fold the other half over.
And that's how I was born.
