When I read "I'll eat their still beating hearts" I knew it was a joke so of course I went and signed it.

I feel sorry for him, but then too I'm kind of not surprised. Justin's though was more serious even in joke form, because while someone can say they were joking, the recipient can't really know for sure since they don't know the person well, which your video shows.

And who the person that reported him should also have legal actions taken against them as they shouldn't have been able to find the person's address unless they were an admin/GM of that game. Even when I was an assistant admin for a game, I didn't have that type of access to people's accounts. So she should be held liable too for breaking online privacy.

The video you posted I stopped watching about 10 mins in when he started insulting law enforcement.

This is stupid. The kid is stupid for making the joke and the girl is stupid for taking it seriously.

From the story i read, this was a conversation he was having on FB, from which the woman in CANADA... again IN CANADA, saw and got his address from FB, then googled his address and found out he was close to a school in TEXAS.

This is just another example of American government becoming to big. Its a blatant disregard for the 1st Amendment... and that Canadian woman needs her internets rights revoked.

"But a Canadian woman who saw the post looked up Carter’s Austin address, determined that it was near an elementary school, and called the police."

That would be called uh...stalking! And I believe you can go to jail for that :/ Also I've heard worse. Is that the best he had? LOLOLOLOL

I blame Carter's mom... clearly the son is a moron, and the mom is a great help in that with the defense of "These kids, they don’t realize what they’re doing. They don’t understand the implications. They don’t understand."

....THE KID WAS 18!@#$%^& lmfao. If at 18, he doesn't understand to not say the most horrible **** you possibly can, he deserves the hardest/longest road in life possible. GL with your jail time...

Furthermore... League is a F2P game, with many many MANY kids playing it. In fact, it is one of, if not the WORLD'S largest game atm. With not only major competition's in NA, EU, and the "Godliness" stature it has in Asia atm, its understandable that someone could be highly offended by a certainly sarcastic and childish comment.

We've all said dumb stuff, but LoL is a public realm where you arent talking to people in Off-Topic, or on a forum. Its 4-9 random people (depending on Team or Game chat). And yes it is also a highly Trolltastic talking area as well, not unlike Halo, and COD where you often hear that stuff... Only difference is LoL is rated T for Teen and Halo/COD are rated M for Mature.

Beware, not of who you talk to, but WHERE you are talking.

I often find myself for some reason, probably boredom, looking at the off topic post. It funny to see how an off topic section in a game forum turns into a facebook.

Anyways sucks for the kids I got the email a couple days ago. But there's to many whinny people in this country, now a days if you make your kid eat soap for saying a bad word or whoop there butt for doing something they shouldn't (caught smoking or playing with a weapon, etc.) That's considered child abuse, now shoving a kidd in a small plastic box and taping the lid down to hold them in, yeah that's child abuse. But there's a difference between child abuse and parenting.

But the potention ain't going to do much with obama in office he's f*ed up the country far beyond repair.

I would report him to the police too if he was in my game. Even while I'm doing playing BF3/4 using the beloved C4 Jihad tactic. YOUR TEARS ARE DELICIOUS WHEN I BAIL MY JEEP AND TAKE YOUR FLAG WHILE DOING IT

This article will clarify what happened.

I got no problem with the FBI investigating the case, after all reather safe that sorry, but when you sit in jail for a month before you are questioned something is wrong. Even after investigating the case and finding no weapons, manifesto etc. it should have ended there. They should have realized that it was just a stupid teenager, that said something really stupid. If you have ever played LoL or any kinda of pvp you know people say stupid **** like this all the time.
