Where is the best repeatable place to get loot to sell?
Volges emergencies are currently the best way to get items to vendor.
On loot weekends, Sutro tower with infinite spawning DM will litter the ground with stuff. You can get close to 700K for farming a day there.
Or you can repeat SMASH rampage which is fairly easy to get gold and get a mod and decent exp every few minutes.
