Girl gamer here but I do not want to play with people due to their gender.
I want to play with competent players who enjoy gaming, and whom have a mic.
People who are easy going, can have a laugh and do not thin they are special because they have a pee pee or a vehjayjay in saying that I have quite a few other girls on my friends list and love to meet more. I just do not see much difference when it comes to playing with people I like to be around. If you like shoes though and also play BF or COD hit me up :)

I doubt 99% of the people I game with every day even care I am female. I have a bit of a sharp wit and a quick retort and my bullets will still knock you on your ***. I doubt there will ever be a huge girl gamer community it is the same as IRC and hardware mod sites the majority are male. Neurology.

I am the founder of 3rd World Tactics and we have women in our clan. We treat them just like every other member in our clan and recently promoted Snowangel to Officer. I am only responding to this post because I think the women in our clan might enjoy adding a few so they can team up and put a beat down on some of us guys in PvP.

I dont care what gender a player is and I dont think it should be a divisive or exclusionary tool either. But folks on here truly need to be careful as I've caught at least one person on here claiming not only to be an underage girl but also a pop idol in another country(fyi if you're going to attempt to do that, make sure no one else is able to fact check that by knowing and communicating with said real person's management company :P). Needless to say, they got popped.

Just because I am female has no influence on my gaming. I do not want or expect to be treated differently just don;t hate if your girlfriends think I am sweet :P

Let's see how long it takes before the poseur pulls the pictures or puts up different ones.

seriously, i dont like playing random multiplayer with "known" women, and it's not a sexist thing. to a lot of players, finding out another player is female is like seeing a unicorn centaur. ive had a few women on my friends list in the past, but they loved random matchmaking. as soon as certain guys found out they were female, it was like blood in the water to sharks. it always turned into "lets do what she wants to do" and "i keep sending you pm's, reply!". anyway, girls in games are more common than most would think, and i understand why they wouldn't want to broadcast it. id rather assume im playing with a bunch of guys than play with a bunch of random guys and 1 girl. once again, it's not a sexist thing, its just that some guys act like complete ******s when theres a female around.
