Why are people mad about infectors?

    Upinya, you took the time to respond to that? I just read it and knew it was hopeless to get any point across. Once you corner someone like that (no really, infectors are bullcrap), it will just change to "well okay but (insert some other reason not to see the nerf was necessary)". You won't get anywhere.

    After all SAWs were nerfed because they were too good in PvP (lolz).

    If you get OHK'ed by a detonator I suspect you haven't figured out how to even equip a shield yet. Espace Artist lasts 3 seconds, so no, it's not Blur. Most PvP'ers have good enough equipment/perks to not get OHK by SO's after the nerf, and when they now supposedly fixes the Nano proc's the Syphon spam from SMG's and Grind Fraggers will hopefully be toned down. The 3 PvP maps in this game isn't very sniper friendly to start with, so you might want to rethink your strategy unless you're freakin' good at headshots.

    lol yeah IDK i'll call it boredom ;)

    and yeah i'm glad they are doing some balance changes, but the SAW i think was a PvE thing. i mean they are by far the best LMG. thats all i used to get mine to 20. only things i don't like in PvP are infectors

    also on a sidenote are BMGs glitched? cause my trapper is suppsoed to doe like 281 dmg per second but was only doing like 10 and my spanner is supposed to do like 581 and was only doing like 20 when i tried it out.

    its not just escape artist. its weapons that have kile a 45% speed boost on kill or 45% speed boost on reload for 5 seconds. it makes blur obsolete. if you can cloak, get a shotgun to the back kill then have cloack and 45% speed boost (aka blure active) and get another kill and another it just extends it. basically giving you cloak and blur at the same time. that in itself is a design flaw for PvP

    Even if the projectiles didn't do any damage at all, then the Infector is still the most noobish and annyoing weapon to be up against in PVP!

    I'm pretty sure they run as fast as you, meaning you can't outrun them, but with a headstart you can ran run till they die. I'd suggest the bugs to faster in PvP than in PvE, it's not all that great when you have to sprint half the map waiting for the buggers to die. I usually kill some with my scattergun or simply melee them, but that's risky. Anyways, I have Escape Artist on my PvP builds just to avoid the f'ers.

    Sure, most people don't get OHK'ed by SO shotguns anymore so you'd need two of those weapons to make it work very well, Courier is better but you need to hit with both grenades. I see your point, those sort of bonuses doesn't belong on a SO shotgun.

    People have been saying this in the general forums mostly, but some of it has oozed in here too. It hurts my head. Evidently, the SAW was too good in PvP so they nerfed it, doesn't Trion know this game is not all about PvP??

    there is one guy who OHK me from behind while i have a 1800 shield, rear guard, thick skinned, and fortification on. i'm sorry but that doens't belong in the game

    from my understanding it was nerfed due to PvE because it was way better then all the other LMGs making them useless. i can't argue cause it was way better then all the other LMGs bur nerfing things in PvE makes little to no sense to me. nothing wrong with the saw in PvP mode IMO and i never use it

    Well, at least it's just one guy, not everyone using SO shotguns :) I use my shotgun PvP build all the time, and I OHK rarely with SO shotgun as people figured out how to set up their perks/shields for PvP and to not stand still. The Courier is devastating, but you have to hit with both the grenades, which usually isn't all that easy. With the Nano proc changes coming it looks like there might be just a chance to proc only once on a (double) SO blast, which will make things better.
