last time i checked borderlands didn't have events with 40+ characters, even though the groups are organized into 4's, which is the most i've seen in borderlands ever.

A legit reason I know, but I still think its stupid. Make some new friends via this game. One of the points of an MMO is socializing, not just dancing on top of vendors in hubworlds in your skivies.
