How many of you so called EGO 5000 actually made it there without abusing an Exploit that required the constant replaying of a certain hotshot that had been removed from the game for quite a bit after the game's first few days? If so you lost any and all valid rights to complain not to mention no one twisted your arm or put a gun to your head and told you to reach EGO 5000.
The only real difference the changes make is it is now easier for those who don't have as much time as the "no lifers" to be able to unlock all the perk slots whereas it might take a casual player about a year or so.
