Well, the story ended with me still not being able to make a decision on whether a scam or buyer's remorse happened (like I said, the story wasn't about this instance). So it's still hard to say without knowing specifics. I also know you trade a lot, just like a lot of the people on here. It is hard to keep track of every trade, so if you can't remember specifics, it doesn't mean that you were really scamming.
However, I will say don't worry about ANYTHING anyone says about "knowing someone who works somewhere". There is a strict code of business laws that specifically involve big businesses and personal matters. Basically, if you get banned because of a personal matter and not something you did to break a code of conduct or whatever, that business can have legal matters taken against them for discrimination. Same thing as if you have a girl working customer service of a store, and her ex-boyfriend shops at that store. They can't ban him from coming in because they have personal matters because he could sue the store. Now if that guy was coming in the store and intentionally harassing the girl, that's a different story. So basically, if you get banned and you didn't do anything to give them a reason, it won't look good for the company and would probably end with the employee that banned you getting fired. And to counter the "well, it's a boss that will," yeah, same thing. Corporations have a board of "bosses" not just one guy to rule them all. If one boss does something stupid, there will be a couple more that sets the matter right. So, those are empty threats bud.
You know whats funny! I just pulled a ground pounder with assassin syn and thre great rolls and im probaly gonna get banned for nothing but hey, i had a great run with you guys
hey I'm his clan leader. i know this guy back when i had played this game for 3 months, he got 2 of my people banned for stuff they didn't do using other psn accts. idk if he knows people or if he has people working inside. i have toted a few people i know and they r looking into it. but he is dangerous. i cannot vouch for anyone in this situation. but i can say he submitted a video of the trade to someone and they said it didn't look good for smurfdog, but he also said it looked like photoshop cause the names were overlapped. he's not guilty until proven so and i vouch for Smurfdog that i was with him most of the day and saw all his trades.
So this was a bad trade, we don't know who was at fault. Wouldn't it just be easier for both parties to return the items involved to the original owner like the trade never happened and then walk away. I think it would look better for both parties involved that way
While smurf is hard to get to commit to a trade(Flip flops like John Kerry...lol), he has never scammed anyone in a trade that I noticed.
Kinda hard to believe Smurf could get banned when it should not matter if the trade was good, bad or whatever else people call them because in the end the other guy had to click accept in order for the trade to take place.
He wont get banned. If the other guy had that "pull", what need would he have to trade?
He could just contact his Trion "pal" and anything he wanted could be put into his inventory.
I call BS on this guys threats to you Smurf!!!
