What if the game generates a random list of like 40 weapons that will expire after a certain point, weighted green the most common, with blue and purple in decreasing frequency. The result would be that good weapons would appear from time to time, but the least desired ones would keep circulating until they expire, making them much more common in vendor sales. This nothing more than speculation, but I'm trying to come up with a reason for what i see with my vendors.
We really need some comment from the devs as to what is going on in the coding for this. Like I said, if we know how the system works, it would be less frustrating for people. Heck, i might even spend my basically worthless scrip on buying up those green launchers, just to clear them out.
