how do i change my competitive outfit ?

I have been playing competitive maps more and want to change to one of the new outfits but I cant
I cant go over to competitive and change it
am i doing something wrong ? how do u change it ?

It's broken, you can't.

Maybe it'll get fixed with the DLC patch.

I'd still contact them. Enough people complain about it, it might get fixed.
