I cut & paste the email you received earlier before sending it to Amazon and the response I got wasn't what you got, despite asking that specific question. It got to the point where I didn't want Amazon to get any more of my money unfortunately.

Here you are barking up the wrong tree mate. This was a delay in the distribution channel. You'll have to ask Amazon.co.uk why they didn't inform their customers sooner (as Amazon.de did on 23 March). You can't expect Trion to 'tattle' on one of their retail partners.
