Wat does bloom do and falloff do please help me out with the answer thanks

bloom is the size of the shot group over distance. the smaller the bloom, the closer every bullet hits to the same spot.

falloff is the amount of damage a bullet loses over distance. the smaller the falloff, the more dmg you can do at long range
