Changes since May (question)

So I'm thinking about hopping back on for a bit to see if the game is ready to play yet or not and I am wondering what the significant changes have been since late April. I played when it first launched for 2 weeks, got through the main story line and did a bit of PvP, but quickly realized the game needed more work. So I am about ready to load back up and I am wondering if there have been any significant changes that were made during this time frame that I should be aware of.
