Weapon Level Bonuses randomly changing

I have noticed this for some time now, but thought it was just my imagination. However, I began taking screen shots of my maxed out weapons and now have the proof that the bonus received from maxing out a weapon will randomly change when logging into the game. I have attached before and after screen shots of the weapons. Please note that the bonus is not changing because I have reset the weapon level and/or re-maxed it out. These weapons have been maxed once and have not been reset. I have at least one other weapon in which I did reset and remax it out (the VBI Firestorm) and the weapon bonus has not randomly changed. I also have a few other weapons that have been maxed out, never reset, and have not changed randomly.

I have attached the before and after screenshots. The before shots were taken yesterday. The after shots were taken today after logging in for the first time. The bonuses have continued to change today after participating in a Coop or PvP matches, as well.

Also please note that for bonuses that have long descriptions, the second line is cut off and not viewable for any weapon.

Two views of same weapon at roughly the same point and time in game. I forgot specifically what I was doing, but I believe the first view was a screenshot while just viewing it and the second was a 'before' screenshot while trying to add a slot. With the different descriptions that resulted, I decided not to add the slot.

Randomly Changing finale i got my assault rifle 1.05 dmg and when i log out and back in it is gone riliy come on fix this
3 mounts has pass and still the same bog haw long is it to take to fix this 1 year 2 year 50 years ????????

To OP :

Quest reward, Promo and Faction weapons have always had that particularity of changing Weapon Mastery bonus each time you change phase.

Dunno however if it is in the "bug database" or if it is a "working as intented" feature.
