defiance login launcher problem

I preload defiance launcher but it saids login successful but this account is not entitled to play defiance. please contact trion worlds support and I preordered defiance at gamestop store

The game is not out yet, though I can log in fine, it just says servers are not available once it loads.

Edit: Gamestop store? So, did you actually redeem a key on your trion account yet?

Yes I prordered the Defiance Ultimate Edition for pc at gamestop store and I did redeem a preorder key that I got at the gamestop store on my trion account already

Are you use that wasn't the beta access key? The other stuff is supposed to be in the box.

I got a beta access key on my receipt when I preordered defiance Ultimate Edition at the gamestop store

DOnt listen to people here, there is a error, I had it to, go to you account and change your password, just use the same password, after its reset go and try again it worked for me.

Regardless, everything I said is absolutely right. I just tried it again and it works perfectly fine for me, just like I said.

I changed my password for defiance but it still saids login successful but this account is not entitled to play defiance. please contact trion worlds support

Then I ask you again, what code exactly did you enter? And how many of them.

If you didnt spam ark fall codes then you should see your last entry in your trion account apply code history.

if you only entered a preorder code it wont let you download. have to enter a full edtion code too.

Because the beta was a past weekend and is over now. The game releases on the 2nd of april and you need a proper game license to play, not just a beta code.

there is so many threads on this man just look around. not even ganna give the answer to problem cause it is in plain sight just have to look
