Is the Dodge Challanger a Trion exclusive pre-order goodie?

Is it, or does anyone who pre-orders gets it no matter where they buy?

I ask because the announcement for it states nothing either way, but it's only shown on the Trion page, not the other retailers.

no i got it and i pre ordered from gamestop. i believe you get it no matter where you pre order from
