Delay on UE how will this be solved?

Hello,

I searched the forums the only threads i see are ones about a thread being locked not a solution to the problem.

I would like to know from a CM what will be done for the players that wont be getting their UE in time in europe for release.

Will there be a solution with the preorder code that it will validate you so you can get a week or something of time to play before applying the retail code? or something like that.

I would not like to miss release day because of delivery issues and all the other people that will be in the same boat.

If there is a solution for this can someone guide me to it with a link?

If not will wait for a response april is just around the corner.

The solution is you'll have to wait. There are no other plans as of yet.
Its's not really Trions fault for screwed up delivery dates.

What do you do when your product delivery got delayed usually? That's right, you wait until it ships anyhow.

Yes you wait ..... but not a week to 10 days ....

Well no am not saying its their fault but there could be a solution to the problem and to just wait isnt a solution.

They could see for the people who added their Pre order code that they could get access for a limited time or something like that.

It happens regularly with Mmos that you can play with your pre order code and you have a limited time window to apply your retail code before you get locked out of the game.

Its a idea to think about.

In EU, you cannot buy the Ultimate Edition in store. UK can only buy from Amazon.

There is not nor will there be a grace period. Sorry that you drew the short stare on distributors, but due to multiple platforms and being now 2 days from launch this just isn't something they can pull together.

If you want to be angry boycott future Namco/Bandai products and merchandise they are the ones that dropped the ball here.

Like to point out am not angry or outraged am just looking to see if there could be a solution for it without having people locked out its just some comments that make me angry, stupid **** like get of your lazy *** and go to a store ******** that some people sprout.

Am not selfish like some people are, am just looking out for the people who are affected by this and myself for a solution if there isnt one though ***** but you can always try and see if something can be arranged.

And as far i know i didn pull the short straw yet, but this does not mean i dont care about the rest of the community who did and dont want cant or will post a thread because of ****ty comments they get from some people.

A lot of game companies are stopping the grace period time. Because players will pre-order and play the game at launch. Then turn around and e-bay the box and not put in there code. In turn they got to play the game for a week free, many people can get most the way done, if not finish, a main story arch in game in that time.
