specs have nothing to do with it, games are selling great on outdated technology.

you don't seem to understand that PC games and Console games are very different. Many PC games would be unplayable on PC to the the amount of control, or number of buttons/commands required. It is for this fact that the PC will never die as a source of gaming.

you can do your own research but suffice it to say you will never be as accurate in a shooter with an analog stick as you will be with a mouse and keyboard. go watch some youtube videos of people playing pc shooters like planetside 2, bf3, cod, etc.

and before you say 'lol they cheating lmao gg' and whatever other 8 year old nonsensical drivel, youtube lvlcap, rivalxfactor and matimi0.

this is also why dust 514 is the first console game to officially support mouse and keyboard in game. yes, you can plug a mouse and keyboard into a 360 or ps3 now, but they don't work in games only doing things like navigating dashboards/xmb and their respective web browsers.

Dumbed down not just by specs but by user base. I got consoles for my kids because PC games were too complicated. Its ok sometimes simple is more fun and entertaining for sure no sarcasm, but only 5-10 buttons to control vs infinite keybined and acurrate mouse control as well as non-proprietory addon equipment like the logitech and razor lines etc... PC is a lot more customizable and complicated than a console, hence "dumbed down."

so you are mad if they lend you a hand and help kill stuff but you want them to wait there and res you when you die? open world pvp would ruin the whole concept of the game. It would turn away way too many people. Me included im not a fan of start game and im not in monster clan and don't want to be so I walk 5 steps and get slaughtered by said group repeatedly. Its stupid go play planetside.

open world PvP would be great so long as it was limited to certain areas, friendly fire would destroy any arkfall if it were completely open world. Isn't that how shadow wars work?

So if I own a PS3 and a PC (Gaming) where do I fit into your pattern? I can't begin to tell you how pathetic it is to generalize people based on if they play on a console or PC.

Reading all of your post makes me both laugh and think back to my own younger days in this world. isn't it interesting that everyone is here to play one game but some how most of you have found a way to divide out your self.

It doesn't. In fact the moment it comes out, it will be even more behind up to date pcs. PCs constantly evolve, consoles are completely static until you buy a complete replacement. I'm convinced that fellow is just trolling for a rise because it's just getting ridiculous at this point.
