But how do you actually get the Codes?

I've seen many threads talking about having 121 codes and what have you, but I'm wondering how you get these Codes. When I first joined I was offered two quick codes via email, but since then nothing. I played the Beta, but still nothing. How do you land these codes?

We have found them in defiance videos, on the livestream, ads, articles, in source code of website, twitter etc......
