Now, I'm disappointed in Trion's support team. Most of the other threads on this bug forum had an official response. All I ask is an official response, which is definitely deserved after 21 pages of conversation.
If Trion still fails to respond to this thread, this tells the community that Trion simply does not care. It's the same as if I called customer support, explained my problem, and the agent on the other end stays silent until I hang up the phone. The lack of response, even a "we don't know what is causing the issues, but we are working on it", is both troubling and disrespectful to us as a customer base.
