    People should just stop this thread. Its hilarious to see that this post has been on here since August of last year and there has been no change in anything. TRION doesn't care and if they did they sure haven't shown it. Wheres someone stepping in here and letting you know that they are trying? Where is an apology of any sort to those who have stuck with them?

    I signed in for the first time in a while. Played for 3 minutes, then hard locked. Seriously?

    Now, I'm disappointed in Trion's support team. Most of the other threads on this bug forum had an official response. All I ask is an official response, which is definitely deserved after 21 pages of conversation.

    If Trion still fails to respond to this thread, this tells the community that Trion simply does not care. It's the same as if I called customer support, explained my problem, and the agent on the other end stays silent until I hang up the phone. The lack of response, even a "we don't know what is causing the issues, but we are working on it", is both troubling and disrespectful to us as a customer base.

    I and other people have told everyone what they told us on this thread and others just we do live chat and send in tickets is all.

    I too have ps3 lock ups its not as bad like long time ago but its still not fixed an yes iv sent tickets.

    I have them because when I spawn to team mates or clan mates I spawn in the ground and half my screen is gone, then Hard reset.

    What are you talking about? Are you saying that this is a operator error? ^^^

    On another note:
    It would be nice if, as I think someone suggested on this thread but I can't find it now, the PS3 in-game tickets were easier to submit. The example I read on here suggested that we have a checkbox for hard freeze, or server timeout, etc. so we don't have to manually type in the information. I like that idea. I would be much more likely to submit that. But, I normally don't submit tickets because when I am dc'd in the middle of an incursion, I could A) quit the game for the night - most likely B) log back in try to get back to the incursion to get credit for the time I spent there - second most likely C) log back in and fill the in game ticket by typing very slowly on my PS3 controller only to lose more valuable time and definitely lose out on any rewards/credit for almost completing the incursion/pursuit/arkfall etc. - very much least likely.

    I know this is a really old post and it should die, but I'm not the one who bumped it up and there is content I am responding to.
