attitude of the community im currently feeling

You all need to go check out Arsenic Touch's posts on the Alpha Test server forums. The SAW nerf is no big deal, still a great gun. Other lmg's are getting buffed(looks like Thunder is going from 75 bullets to 120 bullets AND from 10 fire rate to 14 fire rate). The faction vendor weapons are now more damage than their non faction counterparts(ex: EMC LMG is more damage than a Thunder). These are all things I have read on the test forum. Blue synergy mods are still hard to come by, but I believe one player said white and green synergy mods can now be purchased. The prices for some things has gone up, but they are rewarding more scrip for emergencies and other stuff now, so it's fine.

I've seen green ones on vendors as 'stock' items, but I've not yet seen any white ones.
