To the OP using Black Rock Shooter as your Forum avatar might make you seem like a girl considering how that anime is dominated by females.

Beards are the answer to all of these problems, including the girl's, since being identified as a girl online seems to be more of a hassle than it's worth. Grow a beard. Problems all solved. :)

I doubt being mistaken for a girl bothers you THAT much. OP reminds me of a woman complaining about her butt or boobs being too big. There may be times where it is annoying, but, for the most part, they actually enjoy it. While you may not be a girl you come off as effeminate. You're asking for it.
