I never got the Online dating thing and meeting from video games. While I know people who are in a relationship and have actually met someone they fell in love with and ended up meeting and later getting married. Those people have talked via phone, vent etc etc for years prior. So if you just go out on a whim and assume all female characters are female... you should not use the interwebs.

I exclusively play female characters. Always have, all the way back to AD&D and Stormbringer. Has nothing to do with looking at women's butts all day, and I don't need any such excuses because I don't owe any explanations or need any justifications. I do it because male protagonists have been done, and are mind-numbingly boring. Period.
I also enjoy reading Anne Bonny and Anita Blake Vampire Hunter stories too. If I were to ever need any reassurances that nothing about me has changed, I'd simply roll over and take the woman in hand. Conflict = False.
This is a fantasy/make believe/work of fiction world. Get a better grasp on that concept for ffs. Stop trying to make this deep.
