Truth be told, I don't really give a crap about it.

I saw part of an episode one morning with my girlfriend. She loves it, and told me I should watch an episode with her. I figured why not? She watches WWE and football with me or, at least, let's me watch both in peace. Our time together is often limited, so it was just another way to spend time with her.

Anyway, it so happens that apparently that episode was the first time Mr. Steroid Pony showed up. "YEAH!" For some reason, that just strikes me as utterly hilarious. Just the way he looks reminds me of when I watched Ren and Stimpy as a kid. Nowadays if it's on TV I might watch a few minutes at a time just to see if he pops up out of nowhere.

But yes, some dudes are really, really into it. There are plenty of true Bronies out there in their 20's and 30's. (Or older) However, I couldn't possibly care less. I don't give a crap about what other people watch.

I may "like" sleeping with dogs, yes I will be different, but it still doesn't make it RIGHT.

It's a kids program, get it, kids! And back when I was 17 I defiantly wasn't meeting up with the lads on a Saturday to wath ponie cartoons. Like what the actual EFF happened? Is this an American thing? I hope so cos the day my lad asks for a my little pony bag for school will be the day he moves from said school.

It just ain't right for grown men to be watching little girls program's and enjoying them with other grown men. Is it an attention thing? Like these "emo's" you get now?

And I just googled "furries" too. I can never un-see what I just read. These people are sick, and no not a cool hip "sick man to". Sick in the head! It's borderline beastality!

i am not overly obsessed with it. i've got some figurines (christmas present) and a t-shirt, but i don't wear it much because the sleeves are a bit tight, that's it.

Okay, I'm sure everyone gets it by now, you think it's ''wrong'' and all. So what's your goal in keeping on posting in this thread with your hate? Have you actually tried watching some episodes before coming to a conclusion? I hate people who judge things when they haven't even tried it, to see what it's about.

Furries? Sick in the head? Welcome to the internet, there are much more ''sick'' stuff to be found. Fine, you're not into it but doesn't mean you can berate people. Now I don't watch MLP, I've only seen a little of it and even if I thought it was a ''kids program'', if other people who weren't kids enjoyed it, good for them. Who says what you can and can't enjoy? Let people enjoy what they enjoy lol.

Sure at first glance(especially intro), it looks like just a show for kids but there is more behind it than meets the eye. I could tell that by just seeing a little, the only reason I haven't actually tried watching it is because I've been busy with other stuff.

You don't have to try something to know if your going to like them or not, this is not the 60's and you are not tricking me to eat broccoli. Don't belittle me with the old saying "welcome to be Internet". I made the Internet. And it has more depth and more to see behind the scenes? No it dosnt. It's a kids program. It's not meant for adults. Just adults that arnt very well or need to grow up a bit. I much prefer to spend my weekend dressing up as a wizard and havin tea parties with dolls. Kids these days. (Another Common as muck Internet attack for you there, ill even let you use it)

you have also proven you don't know anything about the 2-part episodes, which do have depth and were what made me decide to call myself a "Brony".
saying my little pony: friendship is magic doesn't have depth is like saying Disney movies don't have depth.

I don't get it. Why the need to create a whole cultural identity around one cartoon show? I doubt it's the only one you watch. Possibly not even the best.

But then, I don't really get football fans either.

Somebody, or somepony on xbox claimed the clan title The New Lunar Republic. Can't find 'em, anywhere. Haven't seen 'em just know somebody took the title. Just looking for a clan I would want to join instead of getting swarmed with invites after every arkfall.
