No, it's B2P with microtransactions (cosmetic and boosts only, nothing gamebreaking) and DLC's.
im getting tired of ppl asking this question look at the older post god it just bugs me so much
haha if you think it's bad now wait until people are having trouble logging in 2 minutes after the official launch time and watch the forums *explode* with complaints :)
