Its a legendary VBI HP-5 Wolverine Ego 1056,
Synergy - Outlaw

Dmg - 505
Fire rate - 13.6
Mag - 16
Reload - 2.4
Crit mult - 1.6x
Bloom - 0.55

Its has a few attachments on it none of which are synergy's.

Not sure what the blue symbol is on the weapon but it slows things down when you shoot them/it.
