Increase faction rep by doing daily and weekly contracts. You can only gain rep up to 1000. After that you rep is wasted unless you buy an item. Then you can regain the rep it took to buy the item up to 1000.
Open your UI wheel, and choose "Goals" (top right).
There, you will see Pursuits & Contracts. Check the Contracts tab.
Completing the various Contracts for a Faction earns you Reputation (the currency for that particular Faction). The Daily Contracts are worth 10 Rep, while Weekly Contracts are worth 50 Rep (Keep in mind, Paradise Territory DOES NOT have a Weekly Contract).
There are currently 5 Factions, but tomorrow a 6th will be added (Thorn Liro i believe it will be, this may be dedicated to only those who paid for the DLC, have to wait and see).
